Kof Eze Adult is a multi-action cough syrup that works on all four causes of a troublesome cough at once. Whether your cough is dry and tickly, or chesty and congested, Kof Eze has you covered. It loosens thick mucus so you can breathe easier, calms the cough reflex, and clears blocked airways — all in one dose.

Key Ingredients & How They Work

• Bromhexine HCl 8mg — breaks up thick, sticky mucus in the airways so it's easier to clear
• Guaifenesin 100mg — an expectorant that helps your body move mucus out of the chest
• Dextromethorphan HBr 30mg — calms the cough reflex so you get relief from persistent dry coughing
• Menthol 1mg — opens up blocked nasal passages and provides a cooling, soothing sensation

What It Treats

Dry cough, chesty cough, coughs caused by colds or flu, sneezing, itchy and watery eyes, blocked or runny nose.

How To Use

Adults & children 12+: 1 teaspoon (5ml) every 6–8 hours. Do not exceed 20ml in 24 hours.

Children 6–12 years: half teaspoon (2.5ml) every 6–8 hours.
